Good Friday for me and me mates back in the late 70's and early 80's and we would be on the road to see the ......



There used to be a 6 race series held over Easter at 3 circuits in the UK.

It was the best of British against the USA.

In 1981 the USA team had Freddie Spencer and Randy Mamola - the British had Barry sheene.

Freddie Spencer won 3 of the six races......

Its fatal - I got looking in my box of old magazines and race programmes that I bought at the meets and you soon start flipin thru old mags.

Bike mag from 1975.

I was nearly 17 and could ride a 250cc bike so I bought the mag...

what type of tyre that they use for race on track? i mean the brand...

Back then it was Goodyear, Dunlop or Michelin

what about bridgestone tyre? is that good enough? or not exist at that time?

can i get yamaha 80cc's spare parts in uk?
i not remember the models.... i only know it is 80cc....
my friend have 1...but the gas tank has been stolen....
how can i get spare part in uk? (sorry if my sentences not really good..not expert in eng)
