After a thread in 'Piston Broke', you the club members decided that it might be fun to have this area on the forum for those who enjoy and follow MotoGP.

One of our club members works in MotoGP and travels the world is the manager of Danny. He restores bikes during the winter months. He owns a few classic 70's japanese bikes - including RD's

The manager offered us a bit of inside access to MotoGP. (I will be going to the silverstone meet for free including a meet and greet in the paddock - free)

So Danny is now AC club 'Club Mascot' and was featured recently in WellaRD 64, the club magazine.

Just as a starting point on who Danny is, here are a few facts and figures.

Danny was born in 1991 (so he is just 19 as i post this)

Danny races in the 125cc class

Danny finished 10th in the world in 2010 !!!

Danny comes from a 'Racing Family', his older brother (James) has been competing in the British Supersports Championship and his father (Jimmy) was the British Sidecar champion in 1982 (nutter , Jimmy also raced sidecars on the Isle of Man.

Wow... still young. Bonus for him because his from 'racer' backgorund family, maybe he got a lot of experience and tips regarding motobike championship. The most interesting, in total he were top 10 on motoGP's wink

not bad.....he finished 16th for the first race. Malaysian ace 19th.....
